- בחרו תבנית וצבע
- לחצו העתקת חתימה
- ב-Gmail: הגדרות → כל ההגדרות → חתימה → הדביקו (Ctrl+V)
- ב-Outlook: הגדרות → דואר → כתיבה והשבה → חתימה → הדביקו
- Fill in your details in the form
- Choose a template and brand color
- Click Copy Signature
- Gmail: Settings → See all settings → Signature → Paste (Ctrl+V)
- Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose → Signature → Paste
